Greenhouse Shed

Calling all green thumbs! We’d like to introduce you to the Potter’s Pride Greenhouse Shed: creative use of your typical storage shed transformed into a greenhouse to maximize a gardener’s creativity. The Greenhouse features a 30″ panel door with a 3′ pergola porch and Plexiglass panels in both gable ends.

The Greenhouse is all plywood construction, with no OSB. Standard features are 16″ on-center spacing on floors, walls, and rafters. It has treated 4″ x 4″ ground runners and 2″ x 4″ floor joist with a 5/8″ Sturdyfloor plywood flooring. Duratemp 1/2″ plywood siding is primed and ready to paint. We use steel rafter gusset plates, 25-year shingles with quality felt paper and a drip edge. A locking T-handle door latch requires no padlock and a continuous piano door hinges for strength and security. Hook and eyes secure doors when they are open. An aluminum diamond-plate door threshold and a pair of 8″ x 16″ gable vents.

The Greenhouse Shed is pre-built and delivered to your yard. Built-on-site is an option for locations that are hard to reach. The Greenhouse Shed can be customized with many options and accessories, including heavy-duty treated floors with a 12″ joist on-center and 3/4″ treated plywood floor, 30-year architectural shingles, extended roof overhangs, vents, cupolas and weather vanes. Windows, including diamond, octagon and transoms shutters, window boxes, wood or vinyl shutters are available. Many door options include roll-up or garage doors, and ramps. Customize the inside with storage solutions including wrap-around lofts, shelves, work benches and storage benches.
