Description
The Goalrilla FT72 steel backboard is designed with safety and performance in mind. It’s made for commercial and residential applications where vandalism to a glass backboard may be a concern. This hoop features a regulation-size 72” x 42” backboard made from extremely durable perforated steel. It has a 6″ x 6″ pole, 4′ overhang, and the height can be adjusted from 7.5’ to 10’ with the all-steel actuator.

Goalrilla’s FT72 with perforated steel backboard offers the strength, durability, and performance that have made Goalarilla a household name. The black anodized backboard frame It also features an innovative steel pole design that’s incredibly strong and built to withstand even the toughest play. The Three-Point Technology of the FT hoops consists of a three-part system that combines the stability of a 1-piece pole, dual extension arms, and Triple-Joint connection. FT72 is supported by the solid foundation of a main pole mounted to an in-ground, concrete-cured anchor.
Like all Goalrilla hoops, the FT72 can be moved to a new location by unbolting the post from the in-ground anchor. To relocate the hoop, just install a new anchor kit and stand the goal up in its new location.
