FROG® Filter Mate™ (Formerly Filter FROG)

The innovative design of the FROG® Filter Mate™ keeps your spa water clean and soft by killing bacteria two ways – with minerals and low levels of chlorine or bromine. And it saves you money because less sanitizer is required. Softer water is easier on spa surfaces and swim suits, and it’s also gentler on skin and eyes.

The Filter Mate fits conveniently inside your spa’s filter cartridge, provides FROG mineral protection for up to 600 gallons, and lasts 4 months. It features a convenient reminder dial to let you know when it’s time for a new one. The one piece design makes it incredibly easy to use and requires no assembly. Supplement with a low level of chlorine or bromine (1 ppm) and spa care is complete!

How It Works
The one-piece FROG® Filter Mate™ fits into the center of the hot tub filter cartridge (can be shortened if needed). The water flows in and out of the louvered design, dispensing a low level of minerals into the spa. Simply supplement with 1 ppm of chlorine or bromine.

Tips:
If FROG® Filter Mate™ is too long and doesn’t fit inside the filter cartridge, it can be set in the skimmer tray or filter instead. You can also cut off part of the length at the notches.
